We received an update from Digitrax that they are still on track for the April shipment of the new sound decoders.

There has been a change in the configurations of the decoders.  The first release of the decoders were intended to be a one size fits all for Kato HO-Scale locomotives.  We have been informed that they will be locomotive specific instead.  Just a reminder that the decoder will have sound and motor control, but will NOT include lighting.  Digitrax is offering a separate function decoder that will plug into the SoundFX™ decoder for lighting.  The SoundFX™ decoder will be available separately or in combo packs including the function decoder for lighting.
